Delivery for in-Stock Items
Our standard delivery time is 10 to 20 working days for in-stock items. In case of unforeseen circumstances, including manufacturing and shipping delays, we ensure to keep you updated and do the best in your interest.
Delivery for Customised Items
For customised product deliveries, we take from around 25 to 30 working days. Since each piece is crafted according to your specifications, the process takes time as we ensure to meet every detail provided by you.
Delivery for Tiles and Stones
We have a standard delivery time of 15 to 20 days for all our in-stock items, including tiles and stones.
Delivery for Samples
For material samples, you can directly reach out to our support team. We will get samples delivered to you in 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery Criteria
Rovere Homes offers free delivery on most products across India. Our free delivery criteria are applicable for ground-floor locations with easy access. However, in cases of upper-floor deliveries and location constraints, any additional cost will be the sole liability of the consignee.
Delivery in all above cases can be delayed in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Deliveries are made to a kerbside/roadside location.
We can only collect from or deliver to ground level locations.
Product can be collected and delivered on solid surfaces that facilitate delivery truck operation.
We cannot collect or deliver products on steep inclines.
We cannot collect or deliver prodcuts on grass or gravel drives.
Two man installed delivery service* not available.
Access to the site/property must be accessible for delivery truck, free of any obstructions for example, parked cars, overhanging trees/hedges.
No HI-AB/CRANE deliveries unless agreed, hence cannot be delivered over fence/wall. (Please call us if you want delivery by Hi-AB. *Charges Apply)
Sign as Damaged on Arrival if there are damages or you cannot check properly.
