Delivery & Returns
Delivery for in-Stock Items
Our standard delivery time is 10 to 20 working days for in-stock items. In case of unforeseen circumstances, including manufacturing and shipping delays, we ensure to keep you updated and do the best in your interest.
Delivery for Customised Items
For customised product deliveries, we take from around 25 to 30 working days. Since each piece is crafted according to your specifications, the process takes time as we ensure to meet every detail provided by you.
Delivery for Tiles and Stones
We have a standard delivery time of 15 to 20 days for all our in-stock items, including tiles and stones.
Delivery for Samples
For material samples, you can directly reach out to our support team. We will get samples delivered to you in 2 to 5 working days.
Delivery Criteria
Rovere Homes offers free delivery on most products across India. Our free delivery criteria are applicable for ground-floor locations with easy access. However, in cases of upper-floor deliveries and location constraints, any additional cost will be the sole liability of the consignee.
Damages and Replacements Warranty
- In case you have received a damaged product, bring it to the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery. Register a complaint with our customer support team.
- In the period of 72 hours, we assess your claim and find an appropriate solution as per our policies. If deemed appropriate by Rover Homes, return/replacement/any other corrective measures will be scheduled.
- If you have received a wrong product, lacking specifications as per your original order, raise a complaint with our customer support team.
- The warranty on our product covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, paint or coating loss, scratches, or any damage reported beyond 48 hours of delivery.
- Order, once placed, cannot be cancelled, including customized goods.
- Returns are only accepted for products found defective on delivery or reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- If you are eligible for any refund, the process will be subject to the return of defective products to the warehouse.
- Once the product reaches the warehouse, after a quality check, the refund will be processed in 7 working days. The buyer will pay the courier charges.
- Refunds are generated through NEFT, cash, or the original mode of payment.
- Processing fees might be applicable depending on the orders.
